Serving as both Operations Manager and Compliance & Information Officer, he ensures seamless day-to-day operations while safeguarding adherence to critical regulatory frameworks such as PPRA, FICA, POPIA, and the CPA. He also leads as Information Officer, overseeing data governance and the secure management of client information. By managing Unisys, Uniprop’s centralised system for agent tools, reporting, and compliance tracking, Olav bridges the gap between operational efficiency and regulatory oversight.
